Above and beyond in customer service. I dropped of a formal gown that I needed the next day. When I went to pick up my gown, it was not at the location. The woman from the Milfred store drove to New Haven right away and brought me my gown. I was so impressed by that level of customer service and recognizing my urgent need! I will continue all my business with them as a new customer, as well as recommend them to everyone I know!

The team at Executive cleaners are top notch! Clem was so wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable about the process. I took my wedding dress to them and they cleaned it beautifully! It was dirty around the edges at the bottom from all the walking around. The sides on the right and left had some staining from dragging on the dance floor and they made it look brand new!!! They packaged it in a fireproof, waterproof box, so I know it is protected. I am so happy with how it came out and can’t wait to see the dress again when I pull it out to frame it in a few years. I will absolutely use them for any dry cleaning in the future!

Joe was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me and my needs. Overall, this is the most trustworthy laundry place I’ve been to.

Executive Cleaners was professional and very on their game. I trusted them with multiple high end shirts and pairs of pants and they came back spotless and pressed. Service was great, courteous and speedy. I would whole heartedly recommend them for all your clothes cleaning needs!

I rarely if ever write reviews for a business, but Executive Cleaners (EC) went above and beyond in a way that got them a loyal customer. I recently moved to the area for school, and needed my clothes cleaned for work on fairly short notice. I reached out to EC via email and told them of my situation. Given the pressing nature of the situation I dropped my clothes off at the Howe Street location before they responded. The person at that location told me I would get them back on Tuesday. Though I needed the clothes sooner, I figure it would be good to have them dry-cleaned anyway, so I went with it. About an hour after I dropped my clothes off, Clementina emailed me to say that had I dropped them off at the Milford location, they could have gotten the clothes back to me Saturday morning or afternoon. I told Clementina that I had already dropped them off at the Howe Street location, but I thanked her for the information nonetheless. Her response blew me away. She said that EC would track down my garments, and have them cleaned, pressed, and ready by Saturday (today). Lo and behold, the clothes were ready for me. There's good service, and there's service that earns someone a loyal customer. Executive Cleaners provided the latter, and for that I am very grateful.
